Day #5 Morning Report – Hempel World Cup Series Final – Marseille

Saturday sees the first Medal Races of the Hempel World Cup Series Final and six Champions will be crowned on the Marseillaise waters.

One thing for certain is that Spain’s Arturo and Federico Alonso will be gold medallists in the 49er as they have an unassailable lead but things are less certain in the 49erFX, Nacra 17, Open Kiteboarding and the Men’s and Women’s RS:X.

A north westerly breeze between 15 and 17 knots will be present for the start of the first race, which will be live here – The breeze will swing to the west and west south west and gradually decrease to 12-14 knots.
