• Most brokerage houses have a standard outline plan of how a yacht is to be advertised in the most appropriate media. A brokers objective is to devise a strategy with the best chances of reaching the most qualified audience for each yacht category. Common methods are e-marketing, online listing access for public viewing, yacht shows, print media, using in-house databases of clients, brokers and representatives all combined with professional "knowhow".

Typically not.  Our instructors will do their best to keep everyone busy doing sailing related activities when the weather does not cooperate. These activities may include knot tying, lecture, and other related activity. We suggest bringing along foul weather gear and an understanding that it is an excellent opportunity to learn in poor weather condtions with an instructor at your side. If conditions become dangerous or are predicted to become dangerous your instructor will halt your lesson and safely return you to the marina.

We do not refund for missed sessions unless accommodations are made prior. We will issue credit for a future class should your instructor deem it unsafe to continue class. Our goal is to ensure you have a safe learning experience, we will not allow your safety to be compromised even at your own request.
